We only ship to the US and Canada.
We MUST collect tax for California, Tennesse, Massachusets and New York. Sorry, don't blame us. We may need to increase or decrease the tax amount based on your locality. The reason for this is your locality may charge more or less than the average tax we have determined for the state and so we may need to adjust the tax up or down depending on any small difference we discover. The difference if any, is usually very, very, very minor; usually like .0005 but it could be more or less. We will not inform you if we need to make such an adjustment.
Shipping Charges
We may need to adjust the shipping charges based on locality, weight or size. We will notify you prior to shipping if the shipping charge will be MORE than what your invoice states. If the shipping charge is MORE than your invoice states, you will have the option to cancel your order. INSURANCE will be added for orders over $100.00 Please notify us if you DO NOT want the insurance added. All items are shipped FOB ORIGIN which means that if you elect NOT to INSURE your package and it gets lost or stolen, you are still responsible for paying for the product even though it wasn't received. We will make our best effort to help locate your package, but ultimately once a carrier picks up the package, THEY are responsible for making sure it gets to you. Insurance covers you in case it doesn't get to you.
Returns
No product may be returned without an RMA. We will issue an RMA ONLY if we made a mistake and sent you the wrong product. Other conditions are that the box has not been opened and you notify us within 10 days of shipping. We can not accept for return, ANY box that has been opened.
